Jeff is an attorney with the law firm of Coffman, Coleman, Andrews & Grogan P.A. He received his B.A. from Stetson University, his M.B.A. from Jacksonville University and his Juris Doctorate from Samford University. He is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. Jeff became a member of the LCSJ, Inc. Board of Directors in 2006 and is Chairman of the LCSJ, Inc. Operations Advisory Committee and a member of the LCPS, Inc. Governance/Risk Management/Bylaws Committee. He and his wife Susan live in Jacksonville.
